Are your products authentic?

Yes, we make sure products we sell are authentic, especially in the case of branded products like Pokemon cards.

The items I am looking for are out of stock. Will they be restocked?

Collectibles are an ever flowing and updating market. While we hope we can restock popular items, sometimes restocks may not be possible. We try to update our stock on a regular basis and will send emails when new stock comes in or is expected. Feel free to reach out to us if there is a particular product you are looking for and we will look into it!

How long will it take for my order to be packed and shipped?

Orders are usually packed day of and shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment. For shipping time, please refer to the shipping method you chose and the tracking details!

What are your return policies?

We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction, however we do recognize that things can go wrong.  Please see our Refund Policy page for detailed information!
