Are your products authentic?

Yes, we make sure products we sell are authentic, especially in the case of branded products like Pokemon cards. We work directly with the brands like AMUSE and LIV HEART to to get authentic high quality products to the United States!

The items I am looking for are out of stock. Will they be restocked?

Collectibles are an ever flowing and updating market. While we hope we can restock popular items, sometimes restocks may not be possible. We try to update our stock on a regular basis and will send emails when new stock comes in or is expected. Feel free to reach out to us if there is a particular product you are looking for and we will look into it!

Will you get ____ product?

Maybe! If you have specific products you are really looking for, feel free to contact us by email or on our tikktok/instagram account! We are always looking for more collectibles to share with you all!

Shipping & Returns

Which countries are the products delivered to?

We currently only ship to the US. However, we do hope to branch out internationally soon!

How much does the shipping cost?

Delivery is free for purchases over $50. Otherwise, delivery is $5.50 to $7.00 depending on the size of your order.

Which shipping methods do you offer and how long until orders are shipped?

We ship via standard USPS Ground and occasionally UPS.

Orders are usually packed day of/next day shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment. For shipping time, please refer to the shipping method you chose and the tracking details!

What are your return policies?

We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction, however we do recognize that things can go wrong.  Please see our Refund Policy page for detailed information!

Something went wrong with my order. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and come up with a suitable solution. We aim to reply within two business days. For more details go to our contact page.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
