Not only are grading companies very finicky at times, but unfortunately most pokemon cards come out of the pack as ~PSA 8-9 quality. That's why 10s are so special!

This particular card has some signs of sun bleaching. The sunlight faded the reds and blues a tiny bit, as you can see in the pictures.
There are a few small scratches on the holo and whitening on the back edges, but in general the card is in very good quality for its age! Always check the pictures before purchasing!
